The 2020 vintage opens with intense, fresh aromas of Morello cherry, raspberry and blackberry, followed by smoke, liquorice, pepper, tobacco and freshly turned earth. On the palate, it is defined and precise with a silky texture and impressive length. Refined tannins give the wine structure and shape without drying the palate. Built for ageing, it offers a long drinking window from five to 25 years.
