From Kavaklıdere, Ancyra Sultaniye–Emir is a Turkish white wine made from Sultaniye grapes from Denizli and Emir grapes from Nevşehir. At 13% ABV, it offers a bright, approachable style with fresh acidity and a persistent finish, making it well suited to serving as an aperitif or with lighter dishes.
In the glass, it shows a straw-yellow colour with aromas of fresh grape, white flowers, citrus and stone fruit, followed by notes of apple and pear. The palate is fruity and balanced, with an easy-drinking character that suits grilled fish or chicken, shellfish, seafood salads, light pasta, fresh cheeses and gently spiced starters.
