Bottled at 13% ABV, it reflects the character of this ancient varietal, grown on low-yielding eight-year-old vines and shaped through a winemaking approach that brings together tradition and modern technique.

The wine shows vibrant acidity with ripe red fruit aromas, alongside notes of menthol and exotic spices. Supple tannins become especially well integrated when decanted, giving it a poised, expressive style that suits the table well.
