From Côtes de Provence, Ultimate Provence Red 2023 is a French red wine made from 80% Syrah and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, bottled at 13.5% ABV. Rich and generous in style, it brings together ripe dark fruit, gentle spice and a full-bodied structure that suits grilled meats, barbecue dishes and hearty Mediterranean cooking.

Aromas of ripe plum and blackberry are joined by grey pepper and warm spice. The palate shows red berry, plum and cherry flavours, balanced by gentle spice and a long, elegant finish. Serve at around 16C.
