A practical high rim supports stews and braises, while the clean-lined design is finished with ergonomic stainless steel handles for comfortable handling.

Built from 5-ply multi-layer material with a 3.2 mm thickness, the construction combines stainless steel with 3 layers of aluminium and a stainless steel exterior. Heat is distributed evenly across the base and up to the rim, supporting consistent results across the whole cooking surface. A closed rim without sharp edges is designed to make pouring easier and reduce the risk of injury, and the pan is quick and easy to clean thanks to its rivet-free design and no attached base.

Use and care

• Allow cookware to cool for a few minutes before cleaning, then wash with washing-up liquid and dry carefully
• For heavier soiling, soak in warm water for 10-15 minutes before cleaning
• Never fill hot products with cold water or immerse them in cold water
• Limescale deposits and stains can be cleaned with SWISS CLEANER cleaning paste
