Designed for assured everyday cooking, the Cooks Professional Tri-Ply Sauté Pan offers a generous 24cm cooking surface with high, straight sides for controlled hob-to-oven recipes. It’s well suited to browning and searing, sautéing and shallow frying, with the option to finish dishes in the oven when needed.

Tri-Ply construction combines a premium aluminium core with 304 stainless steel layers to support responsive heating across the cooking surface. A heat-resistant tempered glass lid helps retain heat and moisture while keeping progress visible, finished with a riveted stainless steel handle. Riveted side handles provide added support when lifting, transferring or serving.
