This 24cm pan combines a uniquely constructed stainless steel base with a stainless steel mesh cooking surface designed to keep oils centred during cooking.

With a 3.3 litre capacity, it’s suited to tossing and sizzling lean meats, seafood and vegetables. The interior pairs a non-stick surface with +304 steel mesh, while the exterior is finished in non-stick for a consistent look. A tempered glass lid helps retain heat, and the dual flat riveted stainless steel handle is designed for control. It is metal utensil safe, dishwasher safe, and oven safe to 500°F.
