Built for confident high-heat cooking, the Kuhn Rikon CULINARY FIVEPLY wok / chef's pan brings clean-lined design together with robust, uncoated construction. With a 28cm diameter and a stainless steel lid included, it suits everything from vegetables and stir-fry dishes to sauces, meat or fish.

Its 5-ply multi-layer build combines stainless steel with 3 layers of aluminium and a 3.2 mm material thickness, distributing heat evenly across the base and right up to the rim. Two different sized handles support controlled movement: a long handle for easy handling and swivelling, plus a smaller helper handle for stability with larger portions. A closed rim without sharp edges helps when pouring.

Use and care

• Allow the wok to cool for a few minutes before cleaning
• Wash with washing-up liquid and dry carefully, or clean in the dishwasher
• For heavy soiling, soak in warm water for 10-15 minutes before cleaning
• Never fill hot products with cold water or immerse them in cold water
• Limescale deposits and stains can be cleaned with SWISS CLEANER cleaning paste
