Use and care

• Wash thoroughly before first use
• Hand wash in warm, soapy water
• Match the pan diameter to the cooking plate where possible
• Never place an empty pan on direct heat
• Avoid overheating; sticking can indicate the pan is too hot
• Use fats and oils suitable for high temperatures, such as vegetable oil or rapeseed oil
• Clean with hot soapy water while still warm using a soft cloth or brush, or soak if needed
