Designed and manufactured in Kuhn Rikon, Switzerland, the Kuhn Rikon Duromatic Hotel Pressure Cooker Side Grips brings professional-scale capacity to the kitchen with a timeless look finished with black handles and valve housing. Built for catering for larger numbers, the Duromatic Hotel range is made from high quality 18/10 stainless steel and features two side handles for balanced lifting.

Cooking is controlled via a spring-loaded precision valve with integrated lid locking and multiple safety release systems. With two pressure settings and three ways to release pressure, it is straightforward to bring up to pressure, maintain it by adjusting the hob heat, then release when cooking is complete. A trivet is included, and detailed instructions are supplied.

Use and care

• Follow the detailed instructions supplied with the pressure cooker
• Handwash and dry after use
• For normal soiling, use warm water and washing-up liquid
• Remove limescale with vinegar or lemon juice
• Avoid abrasive cleaners, scourers and sharp objects
• Avoid regular cleaning in the dishwasher
• Keep the pressure indicator clean
• Never exceed the maximum capacity: half full for pulses, rice and fruit; two-thirds full for stock, soup, meat and vegetables
