This 2 piece set pairs one pressure cooker lid with two pans of the same diameter in different capacities, giving flexibility when cooking for up to 4 or 8 servings.

Made from 18/10 stainless steel with a solid aluminium Superthermic® sandwich base, it is suitable for all heat sources, including induction. A spring-loaded precision valve, integrated lid locking and 3 safety release systems sit alongside five safety features for reassurance, while the side grips are designed to make lifting, moving and storing more straightforward.

Use and care

• Follow the detailed instructions supplied with the pressure cooker
• Handwash and dry the pans
• Handwashing is recommended; for normal soiling use warm water and washing-up liquid
• For a more intensive clean, limescale build-up or discolouration, use SWISS CLEANER
• Limescale can be removed with vinegar or lemon juice
• Avoid abrasive cleaners or scourers
• Avoid regular cleaning in the dishwasher
• Do not use sharp objects such as knives, steel wool or scourers to remove stuck food
• Keep the pressure indicator clean
• Never exceed the maximum capacity: half full for pulses, rice and fruit; two-thirds full for stock, soup, meat and vegetables
