Developed by Chef de Cave Benoit Gouez, this Champagne reveals a deep, dense gold colour with amber highlights. Powerful aromas of tropical fruits lead the bouquet, with mango and guava followed by stone fruit notes such as nectarine, lifted by a touch of raspberry. On the palate, a generous, rounded freshness opens into flavours of caramel and quince jelly, finishing with refreshing acidity and notes of grapefruit and ginger.
