Russiz Superiore Bianco Col Disore, Magnum 2021 150cl

From the hills of Collio on the Italian side of the border with Slovenia, Russiz Superiore Bianco Col Disore 2021 is a traditional white blend presented here in magnum format. The wine combines richness with freshness, opening with layered aromas of ripe pineapple, coconut cream, golden apples, maple syrup, fresh honeycomb, cinnamon and nutmeg.

On the palate, it shows a generous, decadent texture with flavours of ripe peaches, almond, vanilla, aniseed, banoffee pie and pineapple. Decanting is recommended, treating it a little like a red, to allow the wine to open further.
