For wide-field lunar, planetary and deep-sky observing, the Sky-Watcher Starquest DX1026R brings together a 102mm achromatic refractor with a 600mm focal length and a Starquest DX Deluxe German equatorial mount. This full telescope kit pairs a fast f/5. 9 optical system with a manually controlled equatorial mount, giving a balanced introduction to more precise tracking while remaining straightforward to handle.

The two-element, air-spaced objective is fully multi-coated, and the telescope is supplied with 10mm and 20mm eyepieces for x60 and x30 magnification. A 1. 25-inch rack and pinion focuser, 90 star diagonal, red dot finder and universal smartphone adaptor are all included. The mount uses slow-motion cable controls on both RA and DEC axes, with 360 gearing on both axes, and sits on a fully adjustable stainless steel tripod with accessory tray.
