Tamiya Ducati Desmosedici (1:12 Scale)

MotoGP engineering takes centre stage with the Tamiya Ducati Desmosedici GP4 1/12 scale assembly kit. Based on Ducati’s Desmosedici racer, it captures key elements of the bike’s design, including the truss-frame layout and the V4 engine with the rear suspension swing arm directly attached to the crank case. The kit includes Cartograf decals for Loris Capirossi’s No. 65 machine and Troy Bayliss’s No. 12, with separate parts to represent each rider’s custom seat.

Built for adult constructors, the model uses plastic tubing to depict accelerator, clutch and brake wiring, while synthetic rubber tyres recreate the look and feel of racing slicks. Once assembled, the side and seat cowling can be removed to reveal the engine for a more technical display.
