Taylor Pro Digital Rapid Response Thermometer

From Taylor Pro, this Digital Rapid Response Thermometer is designed to help you take accurate core temperature readings, so you can check food is cooked evenly all the way through. Simply insert the sharp, stainless steel probe into the centre of meat or poultry and read the result on the LCD screen, shown in either degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit.

Built for everyday kitchen use, it measures temperatures between -40°C and 230°C (or -40°F to 450°F) and features a temperature hold function to keep the reading on-screen for easier monitoring. Once wiped down, it stores away neatly in its plastic anti-microbial sleeve, which helps to limit bacterial growth while protecting the thermometer in storage. A five-year guarantee is included for added reassurance.
