Synopses

The Originals: 01: The Rise

In 1722, Klaus, Elijah and Rebekah Mikaelson arrive in New Orleans and fight to make the city their own. As the oldest vampires in the world, they attempt to share the city with witches and werewolves. Vivianne, raised as a witch and betrothed to a werewolf to secure peace, is said to be the only girl in New Orleans off limits to the Mikaelsons, yet Klaus plans to claim her.

The Originals: 02: The Loss

In 1766, the Mikaelson siblings have rebuilt New Orleans, while witches live on the fringes in the bayou and the werewolves have fled. Klaus remains dissatisfied and searches for a witch who can resurrect his love, Vivianne. When he finds someone willing to perform the spell, the promise of happiness is complicated by the witch’s own agenda.

The Originals: 03: The Resurrection

Klaus, Elijah and Rebekah are forced to share New Orleans with the werewolves, a situation they resent. Klaus begins building an army, turning new vampires with Rebekah at his side, and the violence intensifies. As his power grows, Klaus becomes increasingly blind to dangers facing Elijah and Rebekah, and a choice emerges that could see one of the Mikaelsons taken from the earth forever.
