TheraBand Resistance Band Extra Light

Designed for controlled, progressive exercise, the TheraBand Professional Latex Resistance Band Extra Light supports rehabilitation, toning and strengthening routines. Ideal for injury recovery programmes, it allows muscles and joints to be worked gradually, helping you return to exercise with measured resistance.

Suitable for a wide variety of strengthening movements, this extra light band can also be used to warm up before training or to cool down afterwards. A practical alternative to free weights, it is lightweight and easy to store and transport. Supplied as a straight strip, it can be knotted to form loops when needed.
