The TheraBand Professional Latex Resistance Band Super Heavy is ideal for rehabilitation, strengthening and toning. This high quality silver latex band can be used as part of an injury rehabilitation regime to enable you to exercise injured muscles and joints in a controlled way.

This band is also great for toning as well as improving flexibility and range of motion.  It can also be used in a huge number of strengthening exercises. The fact that it is lightweight and easy to transport means this silver resistance band is a great alternative to free weights such as dumbbells which are heavier to carry around.

This super heavy band is available in a choice of different lengths: 1m, 1. 5m, 2m, 3m, 4m, 5m cut from a dispenser roll. The bands come as straight strips but can easily be knotted to form loops. . It is made from high quality latex rubber, is approx 12. 5cm wide and offers 10. 2lb of resistance at 100% elongation. The
