TheraBand Resistance Band Special Heavy

Designed for controlled strength work, the TheraBand Professional Latex Resistance Band Special Heavy supports toning, strengthening and rehabilitation. Suitable for injury recovery programmes, it allows muscles and joints to be exercised with control to help recovery, while also helping to improve flexibility and range of motion. It can be used across a wide variety of strengthening exercises, and works well for warming up and cooling down before and after workouts.

In black and lightweight for easy storage and transport, this resistance band offers an alternative to free weights. Supplied as a straight strip cut from a dispenser roll, it can be knotted to form loops when needed. The band is approximately 12.5cm wide and made from high quality latex rubber, providing 7.3lb of resistance at 100% elongation. Choose from a range of lengths: 1m, 1.5m, 2m, 3m, 4m or 5m. TheraBand resistance bands are available in 8 different colours and strengths, with this black option described as the third heaviest.
