Fitness Mad Resistance Band

The Fitness Mad Resistance Bands are a great way to introduce resistance training into your fitness workout either as a warm up routine or to help develop toning and muscle strength. They are also ideal for rehabilitation, helping those recovering from injury to slowly build up strength and are also widely used in yoga and pilates. Available in a choice of resistance - light (red), medium (blue) or strong (black) - these bands are suitable for users of all ages and fitness levels. Each band measures approximately 150cm long and 15cm wide and contain natural, organic latex.
