TheraBand Resistance Band Extra Heavy

Designed for controlled, progressive training, the TheraBand Professional Latex Resistance Band Extra Heavy supports strengthening, toning and rehabilitation routines. Suitable for use as part of an injury recovery programme, it allows muscles and joints to be exercised in a measured way, with scope to work on flexibility and range of motion alongside a wide variety of strengthening exercises.

Finished in blue, this lightweight band is easy to store and transport, offering a practical alternative to free weights at home, in the studio or on the move. Supplied as a straight strip cut from a dispenser roll, it can also be knotted to form loops when required. Within the TheraBand range of 8 colours and strengths, this blue option is the fourth heaviest, delivering 5.8lb of resistance at 100% elongation.
