This high quality latex band can be used as part of an injury recovery programme which lets muscles and joints to be exercised in a controlled way. It can help improve flexibility and range of motion and can also be used in a wide variety of strengthening exercises.

This blue resistance band is approx 12. 5cm wide and is a fantastic alternative to free weights and is lightweight and easy to store and transport. This blue coloured band is available in a choice of different lengths: 1m, 1. 5m, 2m, 3m, 4m, 5m cut from a dispenser roll. The bands come as straight strips but can easily be knotted to form loops. It is made from high quality latex rubber and offers 5. 8lb of resistance at 100% elongation.
