From Viticola Sarica Niculitel in Dobrogea, Caii de la Letea Volume 2 Cabernet Sauvignon & Feteasca Neagra is a dry red wine that brings together Feteasca Neagra and Cabernet Sauvignon. The blend balances Cabernet Sauvignon’s firm tannic structure with the velvety character of Feteasca Neagra, creating a generous, well-balanced style.

Grapes are harvested in late September and selected on sorting tables before controlled maceration and fermentation. The wine is then aged for one year in French oak barrels, using a combination of new and used oak. Served at 16–18°C, it suits grilled lamb, pork, venison, game, barbecue dishes, mature cheeses, baked red meat dishes and dark chocolate-based desserts.
