From Yoga Studio, this 1 inch chip foam half Yoga Block offers a compact lift for refining your yoga set-up when you need a smaller height adjustment. Made from densely compressed recycled chip foam using offcuts from manufacturing other foam products, it provides softer, squishier support than EVA foam blocks while still helping to support, stabilise and aid alignment in poses.

Ideal for practical home practice or studio sessions, it can be used to raise the hips for a straighter spine when seated, or combined with other blocks for classic shoulder stand support. Each block has a mottled, multicoloured appearance, with colour varying from batch to batch. Please note that these chipped foam blocks may not adhere strictly to standard sizing specifications, with variance potentially more than 3mm. Blocks are usually used in pairs, but these are sold singly.
