With a stated 5.5kg (12lb) density, these recycled chip foam blocks are described as the firmest chip foam block available, helping to support, stabilise and align the body in a wide range of poses.

Use a block to raise the hips for a straighter spine, or combine multiple blocks for classic shoulder stand support. Made from densely compressed chipped foam using offcuts from manufacturing other foam products, each batch has a mottled, multicoloured appearance. Please note that these blocks may not adhere strictly to standard sizing specifications, with variance potentially more than 3mm. They are also noted as softer and “squishier” in feel than EVA foam blocks.
