4 x 500ml Cold Pressed Organic HIGH LIGNAN Flaxseed Oil

Produced by Flax Farm, this cold-pressed organic high lignan flaxseed oil comes as a four-bottle pack for regular use at home. The oil has a delicate, mild and creamy character with a nutty flavour, making it well suited to porridge, salads, soups and shakes, as well as dressings, pasta, cooked vegetables, mashed potatoes, houmous and other Mediterranean dips and sauces.

Made from flaxseeds that are simply cold pressed and bottled in the traditional way, it is unfiltered, unrefined and produced in small batches. The naturally occurring lignan-rich particles may settle as a dark layer at the bottom of the bottle, which is normal. Each bottle is presented in dark green glass to help protect the oil from sunlight.

Storage and serving

• Shake well before use to incorporate the lignans into all of the oil
