6 x 500ml Cold Pressed Organic HIGH LIGNAN Flaxseed Oil

Produced by Flax Farm, this cold-pressed organic high lignan flaxseed oil comes as a pack of six 500ml bottles. The oil has a delicate, mild and creamy character with a nutty flavour, making it well suited to porridge, salads, soups and shakes, as well as dressings, mashed potatoes, houmous and other dips and sauces.

Made simply from flaxseeds that are cold pressed and bottled in the traditional way, it is produced in small batches and is neither filtered nor refined. As a natural product, high lignan particles may settle as a dark layer at the bottom of the bottle. The dark green glass bottles help protect the oil from sunlight, and each bottle can be chilled or frozen for extra freshness.

Storage and serving

• Shake well before use to incorporate the lignans into all of the oil
• Store bottles on their side to make incorporating the lignans easier
• Use within 75 days from opening or 4 months from pressing
