Made from corten steel, this gate develops a protective rust-like surface when exposed to the elements. It arrives with a normal metal colour and will weather over time to create the characteristic rusty finish. Treatment & maintenance

Corten steel is naturally anti-corrosive and does not require painting. The gate is not rusted on delivery and will gradually develop its protective surface over time. To accelerate this process, it can be sprayed with soap water and salt water. Avoid contact with the developing rust layer to help prevent staining on clothing.
