Treatment & maintenance

Corten steel is anti-corrosive by nature and forms a protective rust layer once exposed to outdoor conditions. The gate is supplied in its normal metal colour, with rust developing over time. If desired, the rusting process can be accelerated by spraying the surface with soap water and salt water.
