Casals Spanish Rojo Vermouth (750ml - 16%)

Rooted in a family recipe dating back to 1928, Casals Spanish Rojo Vermouth is produced in Penedès, Spain, in a distinctly Mediterranean style. This 16% ABV vermouth is made from aromatic white wine using local and ancestral Catalan grape varieties, including Selma, then blended with wines aged for three years in 600-litre oak barrels.

Around 20 natural Mediterranean botanicals, including olive leaf, thyme, rosemary, orange peel and tangerine peel, are manually pressed and separately macerated for three months. The result is a complex, aromatic profile with herbal and citrus notes and a balanced sweet-bitter character. Serve over ice with a slice of orange or tangerine, or use in classic cocktails such as a Negroni or Manhattan.
