Celestron Reducer - Corrector

For Schmidt-Cassegrain users who want a wider field without changing telescope, this Celestron Reducer/Corrector adds a second focal ratio option in one compact accessory. It is a telescope accessory for Celestron 5-inch, 6-inch, 8-inch, 9 1/4-inch, 11-inch and 14-inch Schmidt-Cassegrain telescopes, combining focal reduction with field correction in a four-element, fully multicoated optical design.

The reducer/corrector delivers f/6. 3 with C5, C6, C8, C9¼ and C11 telescopes, and f/7 with the C14. It is suited to both visual observing and astrophotography, offering wider fields of view with Schmidt-Cassegrain optical systems. For imaging, it reduces exposure time by a factor of 3. The 94175 reducer/corrector lens is not compatible with Celestron EdgeHD optical systems.
