Vanguard VEO HD2 1042M Monocular with Smartphone Digiscoping Kit

Compact enough to carry with ease yet specified for clear, detailed viewing, the Vanguard VEO HD2 1042M is a 10x42 monocular supplied with a smartphone digiscoping kit. HOYA ED glass, a BaK4 roof prism and Multiguard lens coatings work together to support a bright, crisp image, while the waterproof and fogproof construction makes it well suited to time outdoors.

This monocular includes Vanguard’s PA-60 universal smartphone adaptor and a Bluetooth remote control, allowing straightforward digiscoping with smartphones from 55-87mm wide. A single textured focus wheel keeps operation simple in the field, and the 2.0 metre near focus adds flexibility for closer subjects. Thick rubber armour helps protect the body in use, while the 1/4"-20 thread allows attachment to a compatible monopod or tripod for added stability. With a weight of 325g and dimensions of 155 x 55 x 70mm, it remains easy to pack for birdwatching and general wildlife observation.
