Chateau Purcari Purcari 1827 Pinot Noir Moldovan Red Wine

From Château Purcari, Purcari 1827 Pinot Noir is a dry red wine from the Republic of Moldova with 13% ABV. Made from hand-picked Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Purcari microzone in the south-eastern part of Moldova, it is vinified using traditional methods and matured for six months in French oak barrels.

The wine shows a red-purple colour and a delicate, velvety character with a persistent finish. Its profile suits rich dishes and earthy flavours, pairing particularly well with Gruyère de Comté, game, mushrooms, venison, grilled red meat, smoked meat, sausages and asparagus.
