Clos Saint André is owned by the Deville-Jouffron family, a long-established name in Châteauneuf-du-Pape who have been making wine since the 16th century. Part of their 30 acres of vines and an old underground cellar sit in the centre of the town, where winemaker Alain Deville carefully looks after and ages bottles such as this.
