From Valdivieso, Caballo Loco Grand Cru Limarí 2020 is a full-bodied wine with aromas and flavours of ripe red cherries, coffee and dark chocolate, finished with a luxurious texture and lingering finish.

Caballo Loco is the flagship brand of the famed Chilean winery Valdivieso, named after one of their most eccentric winemakers, Jorge Coderch. He pioneered the distinctive process behind the wine, drawing inspiration from the solera method used in sherry production, where barrel-aged wines from different years are progressively blended. Each bottle is non-vintage, made with 50% of the current vintage and 50% of the previous edition, while the blend varies year to year depending on which grapes have been most successful. The result is a wine noted for its dense complexity, with layered aroma and flavour.
