Cold Pressed Organic HIGH LIGNAN Flaxseed Oil – 250ml

Flax Farm cold-pressed organic high lignan flaxseed oil brings a delicate, mild and creamy character to everyday cooking. Made by simply cold-pressing flaxseeds and bottling the oil in the traditional way, it is unfiltered, unrefined and produced in small batches. The naturally occurring lignan-rich particles settle as a dark layer at the bottom of the bottle, which is completely normal.

This 250ml bottle is suited to keeping on hand for porridge, salads, soups and shakes, and its dark green glass helps protect the oil from sunlight. Flaxseed oil has been used for centuries in Europe, especially in the Saxony area of Germany, where it is enjoyed in traditional dishes.

Storage and serving

• Use within 75 days from opening or 4 months from pressing
