Made from fresh cold-pressed flaxseed oil, also known as linseed oil, it is infused after pressing to give a smoky, savoury bacon-like taste without meat, making it suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Presented in a 250ml dark green glass bottle to help protect freshness from sunlight, this oil works well stirred into lentil soup, added to bean casseroles, drizzled over fish cooked en papillote with fresh herbs, used as a seasoning for cooked vegetables, or stirred through mashed potato.
