Synopses

The Da Vinci Code

While in Paris, Harvard professor Robert Langdon receives an urgent late-night call: the elderly curator of the Louvre has been murdered inside the museum. Alongside the body, police discover a series of baffling codes.

Angels and Demons

In Switzerland, a world-renowned scientist at CERN is found murdered with a mysterious symbol seared onto his chest. In Rome, the College of Cardinals gathers to elect a new pope as an unstoppable bomb counts down beneath them.

Robert Langdon must follow a trail of ancient symbols to stop those responsible: the Illuminati, a secret brotherhood presumed extinct for nearly four hundred years, now reborn to pursue a vendetta against the Catholic Church.

The Lost Symbol

At the Capitol Building in Washington DC, Harvard symbologist Robert Langdon believes he has arrived to give a lecture, but a shocking object is discovered within minutes. The find becomes a gruesome invitation into an ancient world of hidden wisdom.

When his mentor, Peter Solomon, is kidnapped, Langdon accepts the summons and is pulled into a chase through Washington’s dark history, where Masonic secrets and revelations appear to point towards a single, inconceivable truth.

Deception Point

A NASA satellite detects evidence of an astonishingly rare object buried deep in Arctic ice, and the agency declares a victory with major implications for US space policy and the impending presidential election. With the Oval Office at stake, White House Intelligence analyst Rachel Sexton is sent to verify the discovery.

Joined by a team of experts including academic Michael Tolland, she uncovers evidence of scientific trickery: a deception that threatens to plunge the world into controversy.

Origin

Robert Langdon arrives at the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao for the unveiling of a scientific breakthrough hosted by billionaire futurist Edmond Kirsch. The meticulously planned event is suddenly thrown into chaos, and Kirsch’s discovery is at risk of being lost.

With his life under threat, Langdon escapes Bilbao with the museum’s director, Ambra Vidal, and the pair head to Barcelona to find a cryptic password that will unlock Kirsch’s secret.

Inferno

In Florence, Robert Langdon wakes in hospital with no memory of how he arrived, and cannot explain a macabre object hidden among his belongings. A threat to his life forces him and a young doctor, Sienna Brooks, into a chase across the city.

Guided by lines from Dante’s Inferno, they work to decipher codes hidden within celebrated Renaissance artworks, searching for answers to a puzzle that may, or may not, help save the world from a terrifying threat.

Digital Fortress

When the National Security Agency’s code-breaking machine meets a code it cannot crack, the agency turns to its head cryptographer, Susan Fletcher. What she discovers sends shock waves through the corridors of power.

With the NSA held hostage by an unbreakable code that could cripple US intelligence if released, Fletcher fights through secrecy and lies, facing betrayal as she struggles to save the agency, her country and her own life.
