From the family estate of Domaine R. Dubois et Fils in Premeaux-Prissey, near Nuits-Saint-Georges, this Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits is a Burgundy red made from Pinot Noir. Produced by Béatrice and Raphaël Dubois, who have run the 21-hectare estate since 2006, it reflects the character of this well-known Burgundian appellation.

Mostly natural winemaking methods are used, with careful attention to the vineyard and its environment. In the glass, it shows a garnet colour with aromas of ripe red fruits, cherries and subtle earthy notes. The palate is elegant and fruit-led, with a long, harmonious finish.
