TheraBand Resistance Band Heavy

The TheraBand Professional Latex Resistance Band Heavy is perfect for toning, strengthening and rehabilitation. Used as part of an injury recovery programme, this high quality green latex band allows you to exercise injured muscles and joints in a controlled way. It is also good for toning and improving flexibility and range of motion and can be used in a wide variety of strengthening exercises. It can also be used for warming up and cooling down exercises before and after a workout or sports session.

Due to being lightweight and easy to transport, this green resistance band is a great alternative to free weights such as dumbbells. This green coloured band is available in a choice of different lengths: 1m, 1. 5m, 2m, 3m, 5m cut from a dispenser roll. The bands come as straight strips but can easily be knotted to form loops. It is approx 12. 5cm wide and offers 4. 6lb of resistance at 100% elongation.

The TheraBand resistance bands are available in 8 different colours and strengths with this green band being the fifth heaviest.
