TheraBand Resistance Band Heavy

Designed for controlled, progressive training, the TheraBand Professional Latex Resistance Band Heavy supports strengthening, toning and rehabilitation work at home, in the gym or as part of an injury recovery programme. This high quality green latex band helps you exercise muscles and joints in a measured way, making it a practical choice for mobility and flexibility routines as well as a wide variety of strengthening exercises.

Lightweight and easy to transport, it offers a convenient alternative to free weights such as dumbbells, and can be used for warm-ups and cool-downs before and after a workout or sports session. Supplied as a straight strip, it can also be knotted to form loops when needed. The band is approximately 12.5cm wide and provides 4.6lb of resistance at 100% elongation. TheraBand resistance bands are available in 8 different colours and strengths; this green option is the fifth heaviest.
