For roofing and cladding applications on heavy section steel, the JCP Metalfix high thread sheet screw is a self-drilling fixing with a zinc plated finish and EPDM washer. It is suitable for steel-to-steel fixing on thick sections from 4mm to 12.5mm and is used for constructing industrial units.

Each screw has a hexagon head for an 8mm socket and a 19mm washer with EPDM rubber seal. Under pressure, the rubber washer beneath the aluminium flange expands to form a permanent weather seal. This range covers 5.5mm diameter screws in 75mm, 105mm and 130mm lengths.
