Fixaball Tech Cladding Stitcher EPDM washers

For steel sheet roofing and cladding, these Metalfix self-drilling stitcher screws are supplied with either a 16mm or 19mm EPDM sealing washer. Suitable for steel sheet to steel sheet fixing, they are used for up to 3 sheets at 0.7mm thick, with a total thickness of 2.1mm, and are specified for constructing industrial units.

Each screw has a hexagon head for an 8mm socket. The EPDM rubber seal sits beneath an aluminium flange and expands under pressure to create a permanent weather-seal. Selected variants are finished with zinc plating, while A2-304 stainless steel options are also available.
