Hotel Flamingo

When Anna inherits a once-grand hotel from her Great Aunt Mathilde, she sets out to restore it to its former glory. Running the place proves unusual from the start: the staff and guests are all animals, and every arrival brings a new challenge. With help from T Bear the doorman, Squeak the lift mouse and Lemmy the lemur receptionist, Anna learns what it takes to keep the doors open.

Holiday Heatwave

Summer brings rising temperatures and a surge in bookings at Hotel Flamingo. Anna is thrilled to hear from King Penguin royalty, who plan to stay in the Royal Suite, but preparations are complicated by a heatwave and an ice shortage. Managing the needs of penguin guests becomes a test of organisation and calm under pressure.

Carnival Caper

As the last autumn days slip towards winter, Animal Boulevard prepares for carnival. Hotel Flamingo joins the celebrations, with every establishment building a float for the annual procession. Determined to win the prize for the best display, Anna throws herself into making the hotel’s entry stand out.

Fabulous Feast

With the snow finally melting after a long winter, Hotel Flamingo looks ahead to a new season and new guests. Anna knows the hotel needs a plan to bring back its buzz. Her secret advantage is one of the best chefs in town: Madame Le Pig.

Frosty Fiesta

Winter arrives with heavy snowfall, and the hotel fills with guests competing in the Winter White-out Games, from penguins and polar bears to snowboarding rabbits. At the same time, long-term resident Mrs Turpington prepares for hibernation and expects a party for the hibernating animals. With the hotel snowed in, Anna must work out whether the celebration can still go ahead.
