Kayra Turkish Shiraz (750ml - 14.5%)

From one of Turkey’s leading producers, Kayra Turkish Shiraz is a red wine made from Shiraz grapes grown in the Denizli region. Bottled at 14.5% ABV, it is produced with a modern winemaking approach that focuses on the grape’s structure, aromas, textures and flavours while reflecting the character of Anatolia’s winegrowing heritage.

Carefully selected, fully ripened grapes are transported to the winery in cool conditions to preserve freshness, then hand-sorted and gently de-stemmed. Fermentation takes place in cold stainless steel tanks with 30% whole berries after a two-day soak, followed by eight months in oak to build added complexity. This is a thoughtful expression of Turkish Shiraz, shaped by both regional identity and precise cellar work.
