Made from heavy duty aluminium, it absorbs and distributes heat quickly and evenly for fast cooking. A stainless iron base makes it suitable for a wide range of hobs, including induction, while the non-slip, cool-touch Bakelite handle is riveted for a secure grip when moving the pan on and off the heat. For added reassurance, the coating is free from PTFE, PFOA and BPA, with no chemicals used in the manufacturing process.
