Select Aperitivo 70cl 17.5% ABV

Created in Venice in 1920, Select Aperitivo is a Venetian aperitivo with a layered bittersweet character. At 17.5% ABV, it is produced using the same method established at its origin, with a process lasting no less than nine months.

Made with 30 botanicals, it draws particular character from juniper berries and rhubarb root. The result is bright, bitter and aromatic, with citrus, essential oils, fresh balsamic notes, resinous juniper, herbaceous depth and a gentle spicy edge. Roots and bark bring structure on the palate, while citrus carries through a lively, persistent finish.
