Tamiya US M551 Sheridan Vietnam (1:35 Scale)

Developed for the US military, the M551 Sheridan saw service during the Vietnam War with its distinctive 152mm gun launcher. This Tamiya kit recreates the vehicle in 1/35 scale as part of the MM series 50th anniversary release, based on coverage of the real tank and modelled in its Vietnam-era appearance.

Build options allow you to choose between a front hull wire net configuration for anti-tank rockets or a cupola-mounted large gun shield. Detail continues across the turret, with the smoke dischargers and the main gun’s muzzle life ring rendered in three dimensions. Transparent parts are used for the periscope and light lens, while nylon mesh is included for the wire net and engine grille mesh. A set of figures and two Vietnam unit marking options complete the presentation.
