Tamiya US M1A2 Abrams Operation Iraqi Freedom (1:35 Scale)

Developed from the M1A1HA, the US M1A2 Abrams introduced the Intervehicular Information System (IVIS) and a turret fitted with the Commander’s Independent Thermal Viewer (CITV). This Tamiya assembly kit recreates the Operation Iraqi Freedom-era vehicle in 1/35 scale, with an A2 turret that includes the CITV and a new style vision block.

Built as a detailed construction project, the set includes parts to reproduce the M1A1HA and components to build a Marine Corps version, including the Missile Counter Measures Device (MCD), smoke discharger and float brackets. Accessories such as Combat Identification Panels (CIP), an M2 machine gun and Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) parts are also supplied, alongside commander and loader half body figures. Decals are provided for four desert vehicles and one NATO vehicle.
