Produced by Tekirdağ, this rakı is made from 100% fresh grapes and distilled with Anatolian aniseeds in a copper pot still. Tekirdağ Rakısı Göbek is bottled at 45% ABV, with only the heart of the distillation retained after the heads and tails are separated, giving it a soft, light taste and aromatic freshness from the grapes.

The single-cycle distillation process and no added sugar approach create a clean, balanced style. Its smooth character suits the table particularly well alongside cheeses, olive oil-based vegetables, fish, white cheese and melon, as well as nuts and other light snacks.
