Tequila Cantinero Reposado 70cl

From Cantinero, this Reposado Tequila is crafted for sipping neat or mixing into cocktails, with a recipe made using 100% agave. Agave Azul Tequilana Weber is cultivated in the brand’s own fields and harvested at optimum ripeness, then cooked using traditional masonry ovens and autoclave. A slow fermentation follows, using a special natural yeast strain maintained as part of the original recipe, before the spirit is double distilled in stills using traditional methods. Maturation takes place for a minimum of six months in American white oak barrels.

Woody notes lead on the palate with walnut, while the nose brings vanilla and cinnamon. The finish is soft, with a distinctive edge.
